Subsequently, ADV Communications provides our Managed Bureau Service saving you up to 50% off multipoint calls.

This service enables you to enjoy multipoint calls utilising your existing equipment. We provide a total service solution that includes access to the multipoint bridge, the expertise required to set up and manage your conference and Global network access.

How to book a conference

To book your conference simply telephone or email the our Video Bureau with the time, date and locations required. The Bureau operator will handle the arrangements and confirm your booking.

Ideally 24 hours notice is required, however if sites have been certified previously we will, subject to availability handle calls up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start.

Cancellation of a conference is free providing it is made prior to any of the calls being launched in readiness for the meeting.

What prior checks are made?

Prior to the conference all sites are called to ensure compatability of equipment and to optimise connection. This information is maintained to allow minimum set up times for future conferences. There is no charge for registering sites.

What preparation is required for the conference?

A set up time of 15 minutes is advised when reserving your videoconferencing rooms. This set up time enables all sites to be brought into the conference promptly allowing delegates to start their meeting at the required time.

Calls can be extended during a conference by telephoning the Video Bureau (subject to port availability). If the conference is completed earlier than expected, you only pay for the time used.
