Pre-installation Consultation

Installation

  • Project Management

ADV will assign a senior project manager to your project and they will oversee the configuration, ordering, delivery and installation of your systems from start to finish.

  • Installation

Once delivered, a member of our technical team will carry out the installation, configuration and testing of your systems, at your convenience and to your full satisfaction.

  • Orientation

Once installation has been completed a brief orientation will be carried out to ensure that the system's administrators have a basic understanding of the controls and features of the systems and peripherals installed.

Training

  • Initial Training

Following the system's installation your project manager will arrange with you a convenient date or dates for formal training courses to be carried out for the system users, administrators and on-site technical support.

This training can be carried out either remotely or on-site, depending on the systems and your own requirements.

  • Additional Training

Further courses based on a host of different subjects can be arranged and supplied in conjunction with ADV's own training experts.

Support

  • Programs

A variety of support programs are available, through ADV Communications, to protect your initial investment and to ensure the continuing operation of your systems.

  • Telephone Help-Desk

All of our supported clients have access to immediate telephone support, which enables our team to provide guidance in identifying and rectifying problems and technical issues.

  • On-Site Support

If a fault cannot be fixed over the telephone, then our trained technicians will provide swift on-site support to diagnose and repair the fault and arrange, where necessary, for replacement parts or software.

  • Manufacturer Supported

Our technical staff have direct access to the system manufacturer's own technical and support staff. This enables us to discuss any issues with the manufacturers own technicians, systems engineers and designers.

Warranties

All of our solutions and systems ship with standard software and hardware warranties, where applicable, providing protection against system failure with replacement parts and software "bug fixes".

  • Enhanced

Enhanced warranty options are also available extending the period of cover, upgrading the replacement parts and software options and enabling you to renew support for long-term protection.
