RADVISION To Acquire Selected Assets of Aethra
RADVISION is purchasing selected assets from the Aethra group of
companies including certain intellectual property and technology for
telepresence and high definition (HD) video conferencing systems.
RADVISION plans to tightly integrate Aethra’s state of the art HD video
endpoint technology with its award-winning video network infrastructure
and desktop solutions to offer a complete video conferencing portfolio
that will cater for customer demand created by rapid change and
consolidation in the video marketplace.
Product Support Notice
RADVISION will be acquiring limited and specific assets of Aethra
(mainly intellectual property for HD end point technology). This
acquisition does not include the repair chain and support for Aethra's
product line. As specific support situations occur, RADVISION will look
into them and explore if there may be a way to resolve these issues.
RADVISION does not commit to be able and find a suitable solution as it
does not have any legal obligation to provide the service, however,
RADVISION will look into this matter and see if there is anything we can
do to assist and revert back in due course.
